How to type special characters

Typing them on the keyboard (Windows)
Type a Korean consonant (ㄱ–ㅎ) and press the Hanja key to see a list of special characters.
- ㅁ + Hanja: symbols like ★ ☆ ♥ ♡ ※
- ㄷ + Hanja: units like ㎡ ㎏ ℃
- ㅇ + Hanja: circled numbers like ① ② ⓐ
- ㄱ + Hanja: brackets like 『 』 「 」
On Mac, open the Character Viewer with Control + Command + Space.
