How to use
Press "Start test" and allow the camera and microphone permissions your browser asks for. If the bar moves when you speak and the camera picture appears, everything's working.
If the microphone bar doesn't move
- Try selecting another microphone from the device list.
- Windows: Settings → Privacy → Microphone, allow app access
- Mac: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone, allow your browser
- Check that permissions aren't blocked under the lock icon left of the address bar → Site settings
If the camera shows a black screen
If another program (Zoom, Teams, KakaoTalk etc.) is using the camera, the browser can't. Close it and try again. On laptops, the camera may be off via a privacy shutter or a shortcut key (F8, F10 etc.).
All video and sound is processed only in your browser and is never sent or saved anywhere.
