What is CPS?
CPS (clicks per second) is how many times you click the mouse in one second. It's often compared in games where rapid clicking matters, like Minecraft PvP.
- Normal clicking: 6–7 CPS on average
- Jitter clicking (tensing your arm muscles): 10–14 CPS
- Butterfly clicking (alternating two fingers): 15–25 CPS
If you suspect your mouse double-clicks on its own (chattering), click slowly one at a time here and see whether the count doubles.
FAQ
Are auto clickers counted?
Auto-click programs register as clicks too, but this test is for measuring your own hand speed.
