What this calendar can do
- Create by dragging: press an empty date and drag to another to create a multi-day event instantly.
- Move by drag and drop: drag an event bar onto another date to move it; drag its right end to make it longer or shorter. Made a mistake? Tap "Undo" in the notice below.
- Holidays & payday: 2025–2027 public and substitute holidays are built in, and setting your payday in the More menu shows it every month.
- Linked budget: daily spending logged in the budget book shows in the calendar cells.
Printing by paper size
Choose A4, A3, A5, B4, B5 or Letter paper and landscape or portrait under Print, and the calendar is laid out to fit exactly. Choose monthly (one per page), monthly + notes or one year per page, and print up to 12 months at once. Choose black & white to save ink.
Connecting with other calendars
A file from More → Export ICS can go straight into Google Calendar (Settings → Import), iPhone Calendar or Outlook. You can also import ICS files exported from other calendars. CSV for Notion · Excel is for creating a database in Notion with "Import → CSV".
Where is my data stored?
Events are never sent to a server — they're stored only in the browser you're using. Clearing browser data may erase them, so download a Full backup now and then. To move to another device, just restore the backup file.
2026 holidays reflect Constitution Day (7/17) being made a holiday again and local election day (6/3). Labor Day (5/1) may apply differently by workplace, so it's shown separately in orange. 2027 dates are expected, pending announcement.
FAQ
Does dragging work on phones?
Yes. Press and hold an event or date for about 0.4 seconds to make it draggable. A normal tap opens that day's event list.
Does it sync automatically with Google Calendar?
Automatic sync isn't supported yet. You export and import ICS files, and each event also has an "Add to Google Calendar" button.
Are menus and ads printed too?
No. The print dialog shows only the calendar, fitted to the paper size you chose.
