Beware of fake courier texts
Links in texts like "delivery on hold due to address mismatch" or "unpaid customs duty" may be smishing. Don't tap links in texts — look up the tracking number directly on the courier's official site, as on this page.
Overseas shopping customs lookup
If an item from abroad is stuck at customs, check clearance progress on Korea Customs UNI-PASS with the cargo management number or B/L (waybill) number.

Right after shipping, it can take a few hours to a day to register in the courier's system. Also check that you chose the right courier.
