How name compatibility is calculated
The method you probably tried in a school notebook.
- Write the two names alternating one character at a time (e.g. 김·이·철·영·수·희).
- Count the strokes in each character.
- Add neighboring numbers and keep only the ones digit, repeating until two numbers are left.
- The last two digits are your compatibility percentage!
Swapping the name order changes the result, which is part of the fun. Stroke counting varies slightly by site, so enjoy it just for fun.
